Can someone be a fitness or body builder with a crazy work schedule? 10pts?
I am a 21 year old female, when I was 16 19 I didn't work so i would spend up to 2 hours of my day working out and keeping fit. I had amazing muscle mass. Now i'm 21 and i work monday friday 8am to 5pm. I still go to the gym afterwards but don't feel like I have enough time as I used to. I still have great muscle mass. I just want to get back into fitness and modeling. Does anyone know if body builders or fitness models have full time jobs in offices ect... and still work out? Or is it their only job to maintain their body?

Build muscle? Need fitness expert advice!!?
Ok so I'm losing weight and frankly my arms are Not going with the program. They are super flabby and make me look fatter than I actually am. So here's my question. If I start working on my arms and build muscle on them, will my arms get bigger or will they stay the same size except less jiggly and more manly? Also if I begin to workout not cardio but sit ups and push up to build muscle will my abdomen shrink or stay the same size and again be less jiggly? Sorry if I sound ignorant I'm new to this whole working out thing.

Question for the fitness experts: eat extra for the calories I burn? ?
I am trying to lose weight. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle Im a long haul truck driver, so I am sitting all day long , so I am counting calories to try to lose weight that way. I am using the MyFitnessPal app, and according to my weight and lifestyle, it recommends I stick to a 1200 calorie daily diet to lose 2 pounds a week. Currently I am taking some hometime, and I am working out every day while I have the opportunity mostly walking on an incline on the treadmill . My question is, when I add my workouts and calories burned into my fitness app, it adds all those calories onto the amount I need to eat for the day. I've been burning about 500 calories on the treadmill daily, so its telling me to eat 1700 calories a day now instead of 1200. Does that make sense to anyone? I am not trying to starve myself, if I need to up my calories now that I am being more active I will. It just doesn't make sense to eat all the calories I just busted my butt on the treadmill to lose. Any advice would be helpful.

Can someone please put together a fitness routine based on the equptment that I own?
I would like to lose 80 pounds and I also need to tone up. I have access to a variety of fitness classes if you would like to recommend one and how many times a week should I attend the class. I own a treadmill, an exercise ball, a set of dumbbells 5,10,15,20,25 pounds, I own 2 elliptical machines one you can use while sitting down and the other you can you standing up, I own a bike, I own a pool which I can use in the summer, a wii and a wii fit, and a variety of exercise dvds to name a few, palates, Billy's boot camp, yoga etc, obviously I own a computer so if you would like to recommend exercise videos off of youtube it would be appreciated. I also live in a neighborhood that is in a circular shape and resembles a track its 1 mile to go all the way around but I can't walk every day because I live in Texas and the weather is unpredictable. Thanks for answering my question in advance

Working as a fitness instructor?
Just wondering if anyone could tell me what its like to work as a fitness instructor? I have a BSc and a MSc in Applied Psychology, and I am an avid Martial artist who is looking to instruct one day. I was considering the idea of doing the required qualifications to become a fitness instructor as well as boxercise, yoga, pilates etc .Does anyone know what the job prospects are like? Is it damn competitive? What do most of your duties include? Do you find there is little room for movement or promotion or is it great in this area? Are you satisfied with you career? Also, I have never seen a fitness instructor in any of the gyms I have signed onto over the ago of 35. Is this typical? Are they in management positions? Thanks in advance for the help.
