Question for fitness people and nutritionists?
ok im 6 feet and weigh 180 lbs and im 19 years old, ive been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks 5 days a week, i use the elyptical, work out abs, triceps, biceps and bench press a little, im eating healthy, like ive always had. so far i feel better mentally and im sort of seeing results. i was wondering if im doing it right and if you have any tips, i would like to see more results and my goal is to get tighter not bigger, any advice ? thanks

Im 16 and a full time college student, and wondering if anyone know how much the LA fitness gym cost weekly or monthly or whenever i goes? cus i probably only gonna go 2 days in a week and would i get discount. And i know i should ring up and ask, i will do that tomorrow but i just need to know now, briefly. Thanks
Im looking for a new fitness workout, am I overdoing it?
The last couple of weeks ive started to change my diet, and exercise to lose weight and build muscle. Everyday so far a have gone either a 2 or 3.5 mile walk or run. Aswell as this i have been getting more sleep for the extra energy. Generally i have felt better physically, and emotionally. However i am worried im over doing it. As well as this just before bed I do about 15 curls per arm with 6kg dongles. As well as dramatically transforming my diet i am also intending to do roughly do the same amount of exercise everyday.im cutting out pretty much all soft drinks, crisps, sweets, white bread etc.Could you please advise me on a more professional workout and comments on my diet.And also not to sound like an ungrateful cunt but please do not answer if you know nothing or of your a beginner yourself thank you.

Weight/fitness and diet plan help!?
I am 5'4 and 115 pounds and I am wanting to loose around 5 10 pounds please no 'you don't need to lose weight' comments . I have had a problem with eating too much sugar junk food in the past and have recently just decided to cut all sugar and junk food out of my diet and focus on having a healthier diet. I also dance for 4 5 hours a week and I am wondering how long it will take to loose weight if I continue this plan? Is this a good plan?

Sunny health & fitness magnetic cross eliptical trainer?
So i recently got a magnetic elliptical from Sunny, but i don't know how to get it to work. i've placed new batteries in it, and the endurance meter to make the elliptical harder to pedal on and the time & distance do not change. Can anyone tell me what i need to do?

so i have fitness 2nd period and you sweat ALOT its all cardio pretty much, and i do like to do my hair in the morning and makeup, but with this if i do all that it gets all messy. So i am kind of thinking of just putting my hair in a bun everyday and no makeup. Help losing with fitness goals?
I have been working out for about 3 months and have lost 12 lbs so far, I want to lose about 30 more lbs to be healthy and fit.But I would like to target some specific areas on my body that I don't feel super confident about. I would like to tone up my legs, specifically my thighs, but calves a bit also. And I would like to have a toned back. And also my lower abs. I guess I basically my entire body anyways if anyone has any suggestions on how to target specific areas to lose inches that would be very nice.
