Position Title: Sales Engineer - Service

Description:
As an experienced Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing multiple long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration in terms of sales and profit and customer retention, primarily with building owners.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively visit and support assigned customer accounts located within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Work to a current and evolving action plan designed to identify and meet all of the customer’s HVAC requirements.
- Develop multiple relationships with key associates in the customers' operations, facilities/maintenance, engineering, construction, purchase, and financial groups.
- Provide account business reports- monthly/annually complete with sales/profit forecasts and monthly account calling plan.
Skills Required:
To succeed in this role you will have excellent communication and influencing skills with working experience of using the Microsoft Office software: Windows, Word, Excel etc. A current valid driving license is essential and ideally you will be based in the GTA region to best serve your customers.
Education and/or Experience Required:
Currently you will be in a Service Sales role with a minimum of 5 years sales experience related to the Air Conditioning industry. You should have a sound working knowledge of Air Conditioning systems and HVAC products.
